I hosted my daughter’s 2nd birthday party early on October 13th at the Granville Gude Pavillion.  We had two toddlers with an Elmo doll each, and one dropped her Elmo not 30 feet from the playground.  With full hands, I carried all of my party favors, seeing many ADULT passerby.  Not five minutes later, I returned to retrieve the lost Elmo doll to find it stolen.  I call it STOLEN because the toddlers were clearly within eyesite, as was the ELMO pavillion.  It was her favorite doll.  She’s crushed, as am I.  How can someone pick up a loved doll, and just tuck in they’re shirt and leave???!!???
