Allison has been interacting with entrepreneurs for more than 30 years having grown up in a family owned business.  Being around business owners for the majority of her life has allowed Allison to see how much owning a business can impact the owner’s personal lives.  As a coach, it is her goal to help owners take themselves out of the daily busyness and into the Strategic Mindset TM.  In addition to both her training in higher and secondary education and the corporate world, Allison has been professionally trained and certified to lead clients through the Strategic Mindset Process TM. 

Allison received both her Masters of Education in Counseling and Education and her Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park.  She has worked as an administrator for a State University, Montgomery County Schools and for the past eight years in various leadership positions at an International Telecommunications and Business Services company.  In addition to these positions, Allison has taught as an adjunct faculty member at Montgomery College.
